Libyan military servicemen who are trained in Russia remain in the country, none of them has left for Libya, reported RIA Novosti on Tuesday referring to a source in Leningrad Naval Base. Most of Libyan trainees study in St. Petersburg. Some news agencies recently reported that Libyan servicemen trained in Russia had left for homeland due to riots in Libya.
"None of Libyan servicemen trained in Russian Navy's scientific center has aborted training process and left Russia", said the interviewee.
He added that all of them continued training.
